Hero: Elizabeth Blackwell – 1st woman physician

Favorite thing about being a pediatrician: Watching the kids develop and grow. Watching them grow up and then interacting with them on a more personal level when they are adults.  I guess more about establishing a connection with the child and their families.

If I could not be a pediatrician, I would be: Initially wanted to be a chef: now I would be a criminal scene investigator or profiler
