Expecting Families
Congratulations on the anticipated birth of your child. We feel honored you are taking the time to consider our practice. We would love to care for your new addition. Please look at our Frequently Asked Questions to ensure we are a good fit for your growing family. We see your newborn the day after you are discharged from the hospital, so please call as soon as possible to schedule an appointment when your baby is born. We will see your newborn for a one week weight check until they are back at their birth weight. Once they are back at birth weight we will then see your baby for their one month well visit. Please download our New Patient Packet and fill it out prior to your first visit. It will decrease the wait and visit time. Please also add your infant to your medical insurance as soon as possible. Not all insurances cover the baby under mom for the first visits. Our newborns are seen by the hospitalist after birth and we are eager to see them soon after they are sent home.
New Patients
Hatboro Pediatrics, PC is currently accepting new patients with private insurance and/or Keystone Health Plan East (CHIP), Keystone First, Health Partners, we DO NOT ACCEPT Aetna Better Health, UnitedHealthcare community plan or any other form of medical assistance. All new patients must agree to our vaccine policy. If you have concerns about the vaccines, please contact our office and ask us questions.
If you are looking to transfer your family to our practice, please obtain a copy of your complete medical records from your current pediatrician. In order to become a Hatboro Pediatrics patient, we will need the complete medical records. Complete medical records cover birth to present age with all well checks and vaccinations. Once we receive the complete medical records, we will then register the patient into our system. Please note that we cannot register or schedule any appointment until we have the complete medical records.
Before your first scheduled appointment, please download, print and submit a New Patient Packet to bring with you to your first appointment. All new patient appointments are scheduled from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Friday.
Office Arrival Policy
Hatboro Pediatrics no longer utilizes a traditional waiting room due to security and infection control. We have installed 24 hour surveillance and a front door protocol to ensure the health and safety of your family, our staff and the rest of our patients and families.
